The Seishin Budo was founded in 1984.The Seishin Budo tries to keep alive the traditional aspects of the Martial Arts whilst still remaining relevant to modern life.

Over the past 24 years the Seishin Budo has continued to grow in strength and expertise.  From its beginnings of a predominantly Judo based organisation, it now boasts instructors in 4 different Martial Arts.

Members of the Seishin Budo are able to join in with any of its many clubs and so can train as little or as often as they like.

Neil Adams MBE (8th Dan, Past World Judo Champion and twice Olympic Silver Medalist was awarded his MBE by Her Majesty The Queen in 1983 for services to sport.  The Seishin Budo are pleased to have Neil as our Technical Advisor)
